PROCESS
The process of consultation will involve an initial engagement phase and subsequent implementation phase in case there is a need.
ENGAGEMENT PHASE
This phase will have the following basic three steps but will be indivijualized for each organization
Step 1 360 degree analysis of the program

Review of data-e.g. patient encounter data, clinical and throughput metrics and recruitment.

1:1 Meeting with admin teams, Director of ED Director of CM, Nursing directors.

1:1 meeting with at least 70 percent of FTE and part time hospitalists.

1:1 Meeting with Medical Director and Assistent Medical Director

Meeting with program coordinators

Meeting with ED Medical Director and ED physicians

Meeting with suergoens ,sub speciality consultants and key medical staff leaders

Detailed review of pertinent financial data
Step 2 Identifying issues and solutions

Clear and concise identification of active issues causing the instability.

Developing and communicating time based goals for the program.

Developing solutions to reach those goals.
Step 3 Solutions strategy

Developing and presenting a final balanced solutions strategy The solutions strategy-

Will be Individualized for each stakeholder

Will be in a stepwise action plan based format

Will be divided into distinct time periods

Will address the leadership development and change management

The solutions strategy will be communicated with the admin team.

The solutions strategy will be communicated with each individual stakeholder
IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
We will be glad to help with im plementation of the solutions startegy in case of mutual agreement. This phase will involve multiple onsite and offiste interactions with an aim to make sure that the solutions startegy progresses as per plan. This phase will be indijualized for each organization.
